Bardini was born in University Hospital to Irene Phillips and Cherrod Phililps in Jacksonville, Florida. Although he was raised without his Mother and father, he had his grandparents, aunts and uncles to look after him. Bardini loved music as a child, at the age of eight he began to love Hip Hop. He was inspired by Rappers like Run DMC, LL Cool J, The Fat boys and Whodini. As stated by his Aunt Zelda Bardini started writing songs at the age of ten but, "he was a very destructive child, he was quiet, you never knew what was on his mind, so music was a good outlet for him." Between the ages of ten and thirteen Bardini began to battle Rap with a lot of his peers. He soon stopped to pursue Football and Basketball, but was not able to maintain his required grade average. Now a teenager during the late eighties and early nineties, he began to study Rappers like DJ Quick, NWA,Tupac Shakur, Rakim, Heavy D, Big Daddy Kane and many other sharp Rappers. He was so intrigued by there thoughts and diction, that he memorized all of their songs and recited them like they were his own. During the period of 1988-1996 no songs were written by Bardini, he just enjoyed music from a fans standpoint. On November 2,1996 Bardini had an altercation with a State Trooper from Tallahassee, Florida which completely frustrated him and forced him to lean on the pen and paper. On November 3,1996 he wrote his first song in eight years entitled "Staying Alive" dedicated to the State Trooper . Now in 2004 with On Toppa Da Hill Entertainment, he has released his first solo EP "Bardini the Unknown" Also featuring on the EP is R&B vocalist Saboria and Denise Butler.
