She's got beauty. She's got warmth. She's got personality. She's got spirit. She's got talent. She's committed to her family and donates her time to various charitable organizations. Please welcome new songstress phenom, Kerrie Roberts. Kerrie started young. Her first public performance at age six occurred in her home church. She has been singing in church and elsewhere since that day. Through high school, Kerrie studied music and drama to enhance her repertoire. She performed in an array of musicals and other theatrical events. She also enjoyed notoriety from television and radio while being a featured performer on the D. James Kennedy International TV/Radio program. Kerrie graduated from the prestigious University of Miami School of Music in order to continue her development and received advanced instruction in music theory, song writing, and piano performance. Kerrie enjoyed success while participating in "Popstars," one of the first talent based reality TV shows on the WB. She excelled in this competition and made it to the finals but turned down the opportunity to ultimately be true to her artistic vision. She is currently working on many independent projects. Kerrie passionately believes that music is the universal language of love and unity. No matter what language we speak, human emotions are universal. Even if the words get lost in translation, the heart behind the message comes through. Her vision is to use her talents to - in her own words, 'make a difference in this world by affecting people in a positive way and sharing hope with others.' Kerrie's ultimate desire is to grow as a person and musician: 'I want to better myself, contribute to those around me, be a source of strength, give encouragement, and bring people joy.'
