Those who call themselves the Shut-Ins are a (mostly) acoustic combo with the patent-applied-for "Hulabilly" sound. The Shut-Ins combine the pleasing tones of acoustic guitar, ukulele, steel guitar, stand-up bass and tasteful drums, along with close harmonies a la Louvin Brothers for a lively amalgam of hillbilly, hula, folk and country.
