The Jeremiah Houston Band was formed in the summer of 2000 with no doubt of being one of the HOTTEST new TEXAS Country bands of the decade. However a few hard licks were yet to be endured. In 2001 JHB released their first single to radio. Not only did the band find out how tough the music business was going to be, they found radio could care less whether you were there or not. Still determined the band pressed on and finally started working on the new album with veteran producer Bill Green who has worked with Toby Keith, Johnny Bush, and Cooder Graw. Finally completing the album with Wally Moyers studio with Jeremiah and Swade producing. What came out of those sessions is the exact in your face, raw, down home southern rock music they've been trying to record since the beginning. The band has had success opening up for Pat Green, Tracy Lawerence, Mike McClure, Wade Bowen, Cross Canadian Ragweed, and John Aurthor Martinez of Nashville Star. They'll be hitting the road again in the fall. You can find them at Graham Central Station, Bash Riprocks, Hog Pit, Scrub Pub, and many more great venues. Thanks for stopping in.
