Jim Hubbard’s passion for music developed while listening to the records his father used to pile on the record player each night when his family settled in for the night. Raised in Central Arkansas, just North of Little Rock, Jim spent his teenage years on the rodeo circuit as a bull rider until he proudly joined the Air Force at 18.

Jim’ s combination of traditional and rockin’ country music has been influenced by a variety of music legends such as George Jones, Alan Jackson, Merle Haggard and the late Chris Ledoux. He mesmerizes his fans with a multiplicity of tunes that has everyone dancing and singing along with him. His voice, once described as “Liquid Gold” is almost as big as his heart, which contributes to his riveting “Star” quality.

Jim’s accomplished talent has given him the opportunity to travel all over the South. He has performed at numerous events including Loretta Lynn’s Talent Search in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee; Elvis Presley’s in Memphis, Tennessee; The Crestview Music Festival in Crestview, Florida as well as the Gold Wing Road Rider’s Association Bandit Getaway. His long awaited debut CD entitled “Countryfied” will be released in April 2006. “Countryfied” is a 10 song disc that introduces this up-and-coming artist as a major talent with a love for music that is second only to his love for his family. He performs with such enthusiasm and fervor that his fans, who come from miles around, delight in the breathtaking sounds of his natural, fluid voice.
