Paul is a professional singer/songwriter and guitarist from Staffordshire in the UK. The album, Someday, is a showcase of the many influences that come through in his writing, whether that be Folk, Blues or Country. The 10 tracks include 6 of Paul's originals together with a couple of traditional folk songs, (one Irish the other English). There are also two songs written by two important influences of Paul’s (and good friends of his also), firstly ‘Permanent Damage’ written by the wonderful New Yorker, Diane Ponzio, and ‘The Blues All Day’ written by the brilliant Irish performer Maurice Dickson. He has enlisted the talents of some fine musicians, thereby subtly augmenting his own unique vocals & guitar playing with Dobro, Pedal Steel Guitar, Fiddle, Piano, Banjo, Bass & Drums. Paul is passionate about the Martin Guitar Company & plays a Martin JDP 'Diane Ponzio Signature' guitar throughout the recording. In addition to his writing, recording & gigs, Paul flies the flag for live acoustic music in his area by hosting four Acoustic/Open-Mic sessions each week.
