Hi Bill --
What a great CD you've created!
Not only is the guitar playing complex and balanced, you sing too. I especially like the falsetto on Mindin' My own Business. Your Broonzy tunes are excellent; he sure could play the guitar!
The Scrapper tunes are instantly recognizable. That man had a style that was all his own. I can occasionally hear echoes of Scrapper in other tunes -- maybe just his timing. Most of these are your recreations of classic blues (listening to That's The Way To Do and it is very good), and as such the style is already there.
It was most kind of you to send a copy of your CD to me.
Do you get out in public very often? Any solo performances??
You've got a repertoire that is broad enough to support a 90 minute gig, for sure.
Many many thanks!
Bob Z.
