Ricky Smith, local songwriter/artist from Worth County has recently released his first CD Titled "MoonShine Hill", which is a collection of original songs written and performed By him. Some of the songs are written about actual local people and events and some tell true life stories. Ricky has had a love for music since a very young age. He has written many songs over the years and has played in bands in the Georgia and Alabama Circuits. He was a member of "The Red Hot Georgia Nites" which played the opening act for the Waylon and Willie concert in 1993. Although he is no longer playing in a band, his love for music still remains.
