Jennifer Pratt-Walter and Valerie Blessley, performing together as "Celtic Muse," delight in sharing the beauty and mystical power of the Celtic harp. They have been sharing their broad and lyrical range of musical expression together since 1995, and have been privileged to perform throughout the Pacific NW.

Valerie and Jennifer took first place at the 1999 Pacific NW Scottish harp competition in the ensemble category. Both studied with Marion Fouse, renowned classical harpist in Portland, OR. Prior to their "Merry & Bright" recording, Celtic Muse collaborated on "Wind and Wood," a delightful collection of traditional Celtic, Early, and contemporary tunes on harps, flute, and recorder. Jennifer also released a professional album titled "Ancient Realms," in 1998, featuring solo Celtic harp music for quiet times, meditation, and healing. This is also available here on CD Baby! Their harps were lovingly hand crafted by Mark Blessley of Vancouver, WA.

Jennifer and Valerie both teach harp, and both enjoy composing and arranging. They hope to spread a message of joy, peace, and hope through hands and breath with their music and instruments.
