If you're a fan of classical music then this is the CD for you! This CD mostly focuses on beautiful flute pieces written by Singapore's very own home-grown composer! Some lovely tracks in this CD include Canzone which is a very lyrical piece. Toccata( track 3) is a show piece for the talent and skill of Goh Tiong Eng, flute player who was once the Principal Flute with the Singapore Symophony Orchestra. The last track, "Old House at Ang Siang Hill" has lyrics by poet Arthur Yap, which brings back memories of old Singapore. This CD is the complete collection of Tsao's chamber music, composed while he was studying at Stanford University. It is definitely a must buy CD for the Classical Lover!
