LARRY MARCIANO

"The Way It Used To Be" is a masterful work by a unique artist. Indeed, with this album Larry Marciano proves to be more than a mere singer/songwriter; he is a troubadour in the truest sense of the word, taking his listeners on a journey that explores mind, emotion and genre. And in the process, he manages to pull off the near impossible by writing songs that are catchy, yet meaningful. From the rockin' impact of the first track to the funky blues flavor of the last track, Marciano charges each song with a spirit that is
not only inspiring, it's infectious. This is the kind of album that remains fresh every time you play it - over and over again!

Two and a half years in the making, the debut release,"The Way It Used To Be", from singer/songwriter Larry Marciano, combines a classic rock and blues tonality with a modern pop sensibility. The songs are catchy, diverse, and cleverly layered with inticately arranged guitars. Marciano explains,"I like to write within different styles, and it's evident on this album."

The title track from "The Way It Used To Be" could be found on the American Pie 2 DVD, and a video is out for the song "There's Always Rain".

Originally from Connecticut, Larry is now based in Los Angeles, California, where he can be found gigging in between dates out on the road.
