Lalo wrote much of and recorded this album mostly for his fans at 'Piper's Blues Bar and Grill' in Barra de Navidad, Mexico. Fans of Lalo's have seen, heard and danced to much of this music for the past several seasons at Piper's. Lalo (who is in reality, Ned Neltner of the long running/hard rocking band from Seattle, 'Jr. Cadillac') is well versed in classic rock 'n roll, classic country, reggae, and all styles of blues and r&b. This CD reflects these eclectic tastes. You'll hear party type covers of old rock 'n roll like, "Come Go With Me," "Oh Boy," "This Magic Moment" and "Teddy Bear." Mixed in with this are Lalo originals with a decidedly tropical dance orientation. "Lalo: 4 Export Only" is a great party record. Pop a Mexican brew, put it on, turn it up and watch the party begin.
