Born in Norfolk, England in February 1980, Adam Moore has been playing guitar and making music since he was eleven years old. His first proper instrument was a white Marlin acoustic guitar with a maple neck, given to him by his parents. He still plays it today.

Like many beginners, Adam learned to play by taking lessons from local guitar players and was lucky enough to find some excellent teachers. The first song he learned to play was Orange Crush by R.E.M during the summer of 1991.

He has been influenced by artists such as Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Van Halen, and King Crimson and by guitarists such as Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Robert Fripp, Jeff Beck, Pete Townsend and David Gilmour. He currently listens to songwriters like Richard Thompson and Joni Mitchell. At university, Adam developed an interest in orchestral and film music, Jazz, electroacoustic and ambient music and brings these influences to bear on his current writing.

After Orange Crush, Adam went on to learn many more songs, lots of chords and scales, practiced like stink and now focuses on turning that knowledge into the kind of songs that turn heads, cause the foot to tap, the air guitar to ring out and possibly a tear to fall.

Adam created Evesound in 2005 to release his own music. His first full-length solo project, Curious Liquid (2004), was twelve original compositions focusing on the guitar, playing lots of notes very close to each other His second solo album, Misty Mornings and Market Towns (2006), focuses on writing more traditional songs.

Adam is currently performing material from his new album around East Anglia, both solo and with his band.

Adam has a degree in Sociology and a Masters degree in Music (both from the University of East Anglia) and pays the bills teaching music in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire and gigging with various bands.
