FLASHPOINT SEATTLE: Like the hiss of tires on rain soaked pavement, The Trouble Boys blew into town. They rolled up the highway like they were a single thing but they're not. They come from four different worlds but now they are in one place, focused with one vision on spreading their Blues All Over.

You gotta hear these guys play. There's George, opinionated and angry, hammering out gritty urban rhythms and growling unexpectedly on his harmonica. Jimmy's pounding roots into the farthest corners of the room. He's quick with a smile but don't be fooled, he came up in the New York hustle and will try to sell you a bridge. Joe, always the sharp dressed man, is laid back with the top down and cruising on the keys like it's the Renton loop on Saturday night. He doesn't say much but when he does you better listen. Front and center that's JW who drifted in from LA's sprawl to lead the charge. Now he's spitting high energy riffs from his guitar and encouraging mayhem while trying to keep the show moving somehow between the lines.

Heat and light, a whiff of sweat and you're engulfed by the rhythm. It's a night to remember, and then they're gone. With a flash of steel and the receding glow of the brakeman's lantern. There's nothing left but the wind blowing dust up over the tracks and the moon shining down through the trees.

Bring 'em home with you, buy Blues All Over right now.
