Graham Hine is a renowned slide guitarist, song writer and singer with Brett Marvin And The Thunderbolts. His unique style of playing has led to the recording of several solo albums on the Blue Goose Records Site. More information on these can be found on the Stefan Wirz Unofficial Blue Goose website. Graham is a Royal College of Art trained artist and designer. He has made and played several of his own guitars, and is currently playing a neck through body guitar in rock maple. He also plays a 1930 steel Dobro designed by the Dopero brothers, a Fender Squire with Di-Marzio pick ups and a Yamaha acoustic. He was once the proud owner of a crackle painted National guitar, which was brought over from America by Nik Perls of Blue Goose Records. Graham worked for two weeks in a bakery to earn enough money to buy it from him. Nik wanted £50 for it , but Graham had only earned £40. Luckily, Jo Ann Kelly forced Nik to sell it for £10 less. Graham had the National gold plated by the GPO, and when the Bretts toured with Derek and the Dominoes, Eric Clapton offered him any two of his guitars for it!
