"Talk About Trouble" is the debut release from acoustic blues artist Aric Riley. The CD features heart-felt originals and unique arrangements of traditional blues songs from the likes of Mississippi John Hurt, Mance Lipscomb, and Robert Petway. The album was produced by renowned Blues artist and producer Terry Robb - well known for his production on twelve John Fahey records. This recording beautifully captures the intricacy and passion of Aric's solo finger-style guitar playing and singing. In addition to the solo efforts on the album, Aric teams up with Mr. Robb (bottleneck guitar) and Katey Angel (bass) for a blistering rendition of Lightnin' Hopkins "Feel So Bad". Aric and Terry team up again for a tribute to Blues great Jimmy Rogers in "You're The One". What others have said: "It's excellent, highly recommended. If you love acoustic blues, this is a must-buy." - Greg Johnson, President - Cascade Blues Association "...the type of recording that you'll want to listen to over and over. It's quite comforting, just the right sound for a rainy day or whenever you just want to feel good." - Cascade Blues Association CD Review of "Talk About Trouble" "...you have the recipe for a truly enrapturing guitar artist destined to become one of the city's acoustic blues elite." - Blues Notes (Portland, Oregon) "It bodes well for Country Blues that such talented performers continue to keep the music alive and expose more people to its appealing sounds." - Cascade Blues Association feature article Check out the artist's website: http://www.aricriley.com Track List: 1.
