Biography REDWOOD was created by William Bragg. Â William Bragg is a multi-instrumentalist professionally trained in guitar and voice, but can also play many multi-stringed intruments such as bass, mandolin and banjo. Â Other self-taught instruments include piano and drums. Â William has been playing and writing for fifteen years. Â He has experience in rock bands, but also sang classical chamber music from the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries all through high school. Â Recently, William has gone it alone recording REDWOOD's debut release "Love&Obscenities". Â One of William's favorite quotes is that you can't truly be in love until you've exchanged a few obscenities. Â The record is a combination of his love for blues and pop music. Â There is plenty of great voice and guitar, but a mix of synth, piano and digital effect is included as well. Â William lives in the Bay Area where he teaches fifth grade. Â Due to his hectic teaching schedule, touring is reserved for the summer and local shows can always be seen year round in the Bay Area of California.
